Hi, thought it might be interesting to see what everyone is eating - i'm always looking for inspiration.

Today's menu for me:

B - 2 slices of granary toast, squirts of I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Marmite (2)

L - 1 small tortilla, 1 Light Dairylea Triangles, left over roasted veggies cooked with Fry Light (1.5) and a bowl of cauliflower, brocolli & blue cheese soup (2.5)

D - Salmon, Garlic Sweet Potato, veggies (7)

S - 3 coffees (2) 1.5 litres of water (0) 2 glasses of wine (3)

TOT: 18

A combination of both - depending on how much i can be bothered! The garlic sweet potato is fab and so easy. Cut the pototo into 1/2 cm thick slices and spray with FriLight oil and then crush some garlic and put on the top of the slices and bake for 20 - 30 mins. If you have enough points serve with some low fat sour cream. Yum!

Today's menu: (18/18)

B - 2 Toast & Marmite (2)

L - 2 Twisters [2 flour tortilla flatbreads (2); 2 veggie chicken burgers (4), lettuce (0), tomato (0), chilli (0), 2 tsp light mayo, ketchup, mustard (1)]

D - Veggie Chilli (2), LF yogurt (1)

S - Strawberries (1) dipped in 4 melted choccie squares (4) WW Carrot Cake (1)

E - Davina: Super Pump (3 BP); Pilates Exercise Ball (1.5 BP)

I created the Twister today after seeing an ad for KFC! I don't eat meat anymore but miss my fried chicken so i made my own for Quorn burgers that i cut into strips. All rolled up in some flatbreads. It was as good as i was hoping for!

Hi, i hope everyone is having a good day. After my break i have been super good this week and just hope i have a loss on Sunday at weigh-in. Have managed to do some exercise each day - so fingers crossed!

Today's points:

B) 2 toast - 1 with fresh spinach leaves and poached egg and 1 with mushrooms [3 points]

L) Cheese and salad sandwich made with 2 LF cheese triangles [3 points]

D) Bean & Lentil Chilli with 2 spoons of LF sour cream [7 points]

S) 2 coffees, handful of grapes, 1 white wine spritzer [2.5]

TOTAL: 16 points

Exercise: Davina DVD: 50 mins - Super Pump [4 BP]
