Hi ladies and gents  i amm so sorry for not being around
i don't seem to have stopped with kids and work and  well  my average bedtime has been 8pm how sad is that
i have so far managed to maintain my weight  so no loss but no gain either so i am pretty pleased i am hovering between 13st 13lb and 14st 2 lb . but my biggest problem is now baby has dropped  and is defo engaged! (still not waddling though!!!! )  my excertsises have  slowed to a near stop i am trying my best to walk for at least an hour a day in short  bursts and i am still doing alot of tonning and birth ball work but i have really slowed down  i do manage a boxing session once or twice a week and a salsa dvd but that is now getting very hard  so i think imay have to call that a day v soon as you would expect i guess at 37 weeks pregnant but my problem is ..............
i justy cannot stop eating!!! and  with all the good intentions i have an apple  but then i want something else      and all that seems to hit the spot is chocolate grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
i will have undone all my hard work in the 3 weeks i have left!!!!!!      
sorry to apear and moan  just having a bit of a wobble i will kick my but back into gear i am sure x

It sounds like you are doing BRILLIANTLY! Don't be so hard on yourself! Considering everything I think you deserve a spot of chocolate! No gain is great!
